French video game company Ubisoft has released the Standard Edition of Assassin’s Creed Mirage on October 5, 2023, for PC, PS4/PS5, Xbox, and Amazon Luna.

The Standard Edition is priced at $49.99. The game is set in 9th century Baghdad and follows the story of Basim, a young street thief seeking answers and justice as he navigates the bustling streets of the city.

The game features parkour and stealth gameplay and is expected to be shorter than recent releases like Valhalla and Odyssey. The combat system is similar to previous Assassin’s Creed games, with players using a variety of weapons and abilities to take down enemies.

The game’s open-world environment allows players to explore the city and complete various side quests and activities, in a historical frame.

Created in 2007, the “Assassin’s Creed” saga is one of the most popular video game franchises of the last fifteen years, with more than 200 million copies sold worldwide. The last version was “Valhalla” in 2020, which had surpassed the “billion euros in revenue” mark, according to Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot.

Ubisoft is a French video game company that was founded in 1986 by the Guillemot brothers in Carentoir, France. The company has its headquarters in Montreuil-sous-Bois, France, and has development studios across the world.
