Bitcoin is currently in a rebound phase, with major U.S. stock indices like the Nasdaq and Dow also moving higher, while gold has recently traded around the record area you mention near 4,208 dollars per ounce, reflecting strong demand for both risk assets and safe havens.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 47,474.46 points, up 185.13 points on the day, a gain of about 0.39%.
This advance marked a partial recovery from the roughly 0.9% drop on December 1 and was helped by improved sentiment around potential Federal Reserve rate cuts and strength in some blue‑chip and AI‑linked names
The Nasdaq Composite ended the day at 23,413.67 points, rising 137.75 points, or about 0.59%.
The index outperformed the Dow as technology and growth stocks led the rebound, with investors returning to higher‑beta sectors after the prior session’s risk‑off move.
The S&P 500 ended higher on December 2, posting a modest rebound after losses the previous day.
The S&P 500 closed at 6,819.20 on Tuesday. That represented a gain of about 0.1% from the prior close of 6,812.63 on December 1st.

Gold price
The price of gold has reached an all-time high in recent weeks.
Spot gold was around 4,208–4,210 dollars per ounce by the close today, down roughly 0.5%–0.7% from the previous day as some investors took profits after a strong multi‑week rally.

Intraday indications show gold futures opening a bit above 4,230 dollars and trading below the prior close near 4,275 dollars, leaving the metal only a few percent under its all‑time high from October.
Silver price
Silver spot prices were around 57.6 dollars per ounce, down about 0.7% on the day.
Despite the pullback, silver remained sharply higher year‑on‑year, benefiting from the same macro drivers as gold, including expectations of lower real interest rates and continued demand for hard‑asset hedges.
