Sberbank sold 43% of Fortenova Group (created on the basis of the Croatian retailer Agrokor) to an investor from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to the press release.

“The buyer is a large investor from the UAE Saif Alketbi, whose assets include real estate, technology and high-tech companies,” Sberbank said.
